BlockBeats News, August 9th, according to EmberCN monitoring, whale contract trader AguilaTrades, after experiencing several instances of floating profit turning into losses, learned an expensive lesson and started to take profit. Currently, AguilaTrades is closing positions on Hyperliquid, with a profit of approximately $11.4 million from longing BTC and ETH.
AguilaTrades opened long positions on BTC and ETH the day before yesterday, and two hours later, the cryptocurrency market surged due to a Trump executive order signing. AguilaTrades took profit and rolled over the positions when the market was in profit, and yesterday added to the position to a notional value of $250 million. After ETH's sharp rise today, AguilaTrades started to take profit and close positions.
