BlockBeats News, October 26th - Kremlin spokesman Peskov said in a media interview on the 26th that the new sanctions imposed by the United States and Europe on Russia have complicated the restoration of Russia-US relations. Russian state television host Zharubin posted a video of the interview with Peskov on social media on the 26th.

Peskov stated that Russia will still prioritize its own interests, which lie in maintaining good relations with all countries, including the United States. "The actions taken by the US in the past week were unfriendly, and these measures have indeed damaged the prospects of our relationship revival.

However, this does not mean that we should abandon these efforts." Peskov also said in the interview that Russian President Putin undoubtedly values President Trump's sincere desire to resolve the Russia-Ukraine conflict, but this matter cannot be resolved "overnight." (FXStreet)
