「Triple Short ASTER」 Whale Hedges Short ASTER Position, Now Largest Long on ETH and XRP on Hyperliquid
BlockBeats News, November 17th, according to HyperInsight monitoring, in the past 9 hours, the whale (0x9ee) who previously bought ASTER on CZ and heavily shorted after accumulating a large position has closed the "3x ASTER short" position at breakeven with an average holding price of $1.2. The whale's previous holding size was about $44 million, with a peak unrealized profit of $8.1 million, which has now been entirely given back.
According to monitoring, this address heavily bought the dip in ETH on November 14th and has been continuously increasing its position recently. It is currently the largest long holder of ETH and XRP on Hyperliquid, with a total holding size of $273 million and a small overall unrealized loss of $5.3 million. The current main holdings are as follows:
The ETH long position size is $184 million, with an average price of $3228, and an unrealized loss of $3.4 million;
The XRP long position size is $88.73 million, with an average price of $2.30, and an unrealized loss of $1.72 million.
